CHANGE THE WAY YOU THINK


Bible Reading: Romans 12:1-10

Text:*... but let God transform you into a new person, by changing the way you think. " (vs. 2 NLT)

COMMENTARY                                                Your mindset is one of your greatest assets in life. The real challenge for most people isn’t about what they lack financially or materially—it’s about what they lack in their minds. If you cannot conceive something, you cannot achieve it. And if you cannot achieve it, it holds no value for you.

Many struggles in life—whether in family, business, academics, or personal growth—don’t stem from a lack of prayer. Instead, they come from unknowingly working against their own prayers. You may pray fervently, but if your thoughts are filled with doubt, fear, and uncertainty, you cancel out your own prayers. The Bible reminds us that anyone who comes to God must believe. Yet, how often do we pray while our minds are consumed with fear of failure and uncertainty about the outcome?

This is why Paul urged the believers in Romans 12:2 to let God transform them by renewing their minds. Your thoughts can be the key to unlocking answered prayers, but they can also be the barrier preventing them.

Tonight, take a moment to reflect:

 ðŸ”¹ Are your thoughts aligned with your faith?

 ðŸ”¹ Are you truly trusting God, or are you allowing doubt to hold you back?

Ask the Holy Spirit to renew your mind, to bring your thoughts into alignment with God’s will, and to help you receive all that He has in store for you. Transformation begins in the mind.


PRAYER POINTS:

1. Dear Lord, transform my thoughts to give you glory in Jesus name.

2. Heavenly Father, equip me with the right mind-set needed to change my life in Jesus name.

3. Guide me in path of holiness and purify my thoughts not to stand as a hindrance to my breakthrough in Jesus name. Amen

GIVE GENEROUSLY

Bible Reading : 11 Corinthians 9:6-12 Text : 2 Corinthians 9:6 "But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully".(NKJV) COMMENTARY Simply put, sparingly implies giving very little compared to what you already have.
