Biblical Text: Philippians 4:6

Commentary:

The passage continues, "but in every situation, by prayer and petition, present your requests to God." Anxiety may leave us feeling helpless. Prayer helps us to surrender our anxiety to God, addressing our issues with faith and honesty.

bringing our troubles to God allows us to;

 Externalize our Fears: Vocalizing our fears helps remove some of their emotional grasp.

Move Perspective: By submitting our problems to God, we move the emphasis from our limits to His strength and faithfulness.

Seek Guidance: Prayer opens the way to obtaining God's wisdom and guidance for managing challenging circumstances.

Prayer: Lord, I bring my concerns to You. Help me trust in Your presence and direction.

Work Action: Practice converting your concerns into prayers. Write a prayer particularly addressing your identified stressors from Day 1.

Scriptural Reference: 1 Peter 5:7 "Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you."
